All Ina Agapi pieces can be found on our website. We understand if you wish to see the jewelry in person before purchase. Therefore, we offer the opportunity to schedule a virtual or physical appointment via Zoom or at our Copenhagen atelier. Please contact us at ck@ina-agapi.com if you wish to meet!

Your Ina Agapi jewelry will be shipped via DHL Express. You can also choose a local pick-up at our Copenhagen atelier (Frederiksberg C) by ticking of the box “local pick-up” when placing an order.

Ina Agapi makes fine jewelry with intention. Therefore, every piece is custom-made and created uniquely for you. We believe in the process of crafting new memories to life with love and patience. Please allow 2-4 weeks of delivery time. If you require an Ina Agapi piece for a certain date, please contact us at ck@ina-agapi.com with the subject SPECIAL REQUEST, and we will do our best to accommodate your request in terms of production time.

When your Ina Agapi jewelry has been crafted it will be shipped with DHL Express with a delivery time of 1-2 business days. However, if a local pick-up has been specified while placing your order, we will inform you when you can collect your unique Ina Agapi piece at our Copenhagen atelier.

All pieces purchased via Ina Agapi have a 2-year warranty from the day of receipt. This includes any reparation or damages due to the production of the item will be covered by our company. After this time frame, the warranty will no longer be applicable, and there will be a cost for our services.
